Sally Struthers

Sally Struthers appeared in two episodes of South Park: "Starvin Marvin" (1997), and "Starvin' Marvin in Space" (1999). In the former episode, she appeared as a grossly obese character who worked for the Feed the Children Foundation. The charity was just a front, and all the food collected ended up being eaten by Struthers. The character also makes a cameo appearance in the episode "The Death of Eric Cartman" (2005).

Halfy

Halfy is an amputee (he has no legs, hence his nickname), who's first appearance is in the episode "Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut". Halfy would claim that he would have sex with various things or people, only to be told, "You don't count Halfy". When he is happy, he jumps into the air and somersaults. Halfy makes appearances in many episodes including "Chef Aid", "Running of the Cows" ,"Cow Days","South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut" and "I'm a Little Bit Country".
